10 Pro Tips for a Smooth Home Move
The process of buying a new home can be both exhilarating and exhausting. But the journey doesn’t stop when you close on your property. On the contrary, you still have quite a bit to...
I started in 1991 as a real estate appraiser and two years later, made the leap and became a Realtor. I jumped into the world of real estate full force, when my first sale was a domino sale -selling three homes to three different clients all connected to each other! It was a lot of work and a great way to learn so much about the business in a short time.
I'm proud to say I'm a Certified Residential Appraiser, Accredited Buyers Representative, Certified Real Estate Broker, and I went to the Graduate Realtor Institute. I've also taught the real estate licensing course.
Coldwell Banker has more than 117 years of experience in real estate, with agents who are the best in the business. Personally, I have lived in the Wytheville area my entire life. From hunting and fishing in the countryside, to participating in wrestling and baseball at George Wythe High School, I have been involved for many years with most of the organizations that make up Wythe County.
Wytheville and its surrounding counties have the distinct advantage of having that "hometown" feel, while still having a large number of city-type amenities.
I enjoy working with everyone from first time homebuyers to retirees. At Coldwell Banker Select we sell residential properties, farms, recreation property, investment and commercial property, and lots/land. Please feel free to contact me and I will help you find the place of your dreams!
